Common Issues and Resolutions
Website Purchases (Credit Card)
Subscriptions purchased through the website by credit card are activated instantly. If you do not see your benefits:
Log out and log back in to refresh your account.
Check your account to view the benefits.
Manage your subscription by clicking on the "Manage Subscription" button in your profile or by visiting this link.
Website Purchases (Pay By Bank)
Subscriptions purchased through Pay By Bank are typically activated instantly. However, some banks may take additional time to approve transactions, especially for first-time payments.
If you’ve paid and still don’t have access, please:
Wait up to 24 hours for the bank to approve the transaction.
Contact your bank to expedite the transfer if the delay persists.
If the transaction is confirmed and you still don’t have access, reach out to support and provide the transaction reference number to resolve the issue.
Important Notes:
Pay By Bank payments are one-time payments and do not automatically renew.
As such, you won’t see a "Manage Subscription" option for these payments.
Linking Your SubscribeStar Account
If you've subscribed through SubscribeStar and do not see your benefits, please visit the following link to activate your premium benefits.
Boosty Subscriptions
Boosty subscriptions are activated within 15 minutes of the purchase. You’ll receive a notification about the activation through Boosty DM and email.
Please note: Your subscription will not be activated if your Boosty email is different from your SpicyChat email. In such cases, make sure to share your SpicyChat email and username via Boosty DM or contact support.
Crypto Subscriptions (CoinPayments)
Crypto subscriptions are also manually linked. Our team processes these within six hours of payment during Eastern Daytime. Payments made later in the day may take longer to link. If your email addresses differ across platforms, please contact our support team with your SpicyChat details to ensure timely activation.
